class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The H23-N by Fecken &amp; Kirfel is a specialized band saw for the precision cutting of block materials into layers of various thicknesses. The material is firmly fixed onto a vacuum table that moves smoothly on hardened and ground steel guides. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The table movement is achieved via a rack and pinion and a frequency-controlled electric motor-reducer, allowing for controlled motion during the cutting process. Depending on the length of the vacuum table, one or more blocks can be loaded for sequential processing. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After each cut, the finished layer is removed, and a dwell time between 0.5 and 10 seconds can be programmed to facilitate the workflow.
