Description
The T2 by Fecken & Kirfel is a fully automated traveling machine with a circulating bandknife, designed for cutting continuous blocks of flexible polyurethane foam to the required length immediately after the foaming line.
The machine is a standalone unit and can be integrated after various foaming lines. The system includes conveyor equipment for transporting the continuous PU foam block and a traveling cutting device that moves in the direction of the production flow.
The conveyor and the cutting device synchronize with the foaming line during the process. Upon reaching the preset length, the cutting device automatically lowers, and the Teflon-coated circulating bandknife cuts the block to the required size.
