Description
The Fecken & Kirfel S20 is an automatic circular cutting machine for the efficient and economical cutting of flexible polyurethane foam blocks into thin layers. The cut sheets remain on the block and are stacked sequentially on top of each other, enabling an automated process without constant operator intervention.
The rotary work table ensures continuous material movement during cutting. Unlike horizontal machines with a sliding table, the S20 does not require a return stroke after each cut.
Eliminating the return stroke shortens individual work cycles and allows for a significant increase in production capacity.
