Description
The Fecken & Kirfel V117 is a machine for fully automatic side trimming and longitudinal cutting of long blocks made of flexible polyurethane foam and other similar materials. It is designed for integration into complete automated cutting lines.
The machine features a laterally adjustable trimming device that moves on rails. Its position is adjusted via a handwheel, and the required cutting width can be precisely read by means of a counter or scale.
The V117 allows for the combination of several trimming devices into a common configuration. This enables the formation of groups for simultaneous or sequential side and longitudinal processing, depending on the production line configuration.
