Description
The T8/5 by Fecken & Kirfel is a compact automatic vertical machine for precision cutting, trimming, and splitting of blocks. The reduced cutting height is a particular advantage when processing rigid and extremely rigid materials.
The machine is equipped with a bandknife sharpened on both sides, allowing for efficient cutting in both directions of travel. During the forward and backward movement of the cutting unit, the T8/5 performs transverse cutting of the material.
The forward and backward movement of the conveyors allows for trimming and longitudinal splitting of the blocks. The compact design, two-way cutting, and reduced cutting height make the T8/5 suitable for automated processing, including materials with high rigidity.
