Description

The G1 by Fecken & Kirfel is a machine for the efficient and economical splitting of rubber and hard plastic blocks and rolls into thin sheets or foil. Its design ensures controlled material feed and reliable cutting results.

The material is fed to the continuous bandknife by means of two support rollers. The height of the upper and lower rollers can be adjusted manually, allowing the machine to be set according to the material being processed.

In the cutting zone, the bandknife is further stabilized by hardened, polished, and adjustable guide rails, while the automatic knife adjustment helps maintain consistent and reliable results.
