Description
The D31 by Fecken & Kirfel is designed for the efficient profiling of high-density and hard materials with a thickness of up to approximately 300 mm. Its robust construction and precise cutting process ensure reliable processing in demanding production applications.
Two profiling rollers with interchangeable profile rings feed the material to a continuous bandknife. During cutting, the material is compressed, and upon re-expansion, the desired profile is achieved – for example, a geometric square profile.
The ability to individually combine profiling rollers and the infinitely variable adjustment of the feed speed provide high flexibility for various production requirements.
