Description
The Fecken & Kirfel S24 is an automatic circular machine for high-performance cutting of flexible polyurethane foam blocks into thin layers. The cut sheets remain on the block and are stacked sequentially on top of each other, allowing for an automated process without constant operator intervention.
The rotary work table ensures continuous movement of the block through the cutting zone. After each layer is separated, there is no need to return the table to its starting position, as is the case with horizontal machines with a moving table.
Eliminating the reverse stroke optimizes individual cycle times and allows for a significant increase in production capacity.
