Description
The S41 by Fecken & Kirfel is an automatic circular machine for the efficient cutting of flexible polyurethane foam blocks into thin layers. The cut sheets remain on the block and are stacked sequentially on top of each other, allowing for an automated process without constant operator intervention.
The rotary work table ensures continuous movement of the block through the cutting zone. Unlike horizontal machines with a sliding table, there is no need to return the table to the starting position after each cut.
This operating principle eliminates the return stroke between individual cuts and allows for a significant increase in production capacity when processing flexible PU foam.
