Description

The A7 by Fecken & Kirfel is an automatic device for stacking layers of flexible polyurethane foam. The system can be used in combination with horizontal splitting machines, profile cutting machines, and various transport systems.

The roller conveyor splits in the middle, with its two parts moving outward to create an opening through which the finished layer is lowered onto a conveyor or onto a pallet located on the lifting unit. After each layer is placed, the lifting unit automatically lowers according to the pre-set material thickness.

The cycle repeats until the maximum stack height is reached. Once stacking is complete, the finished stack can be discharged via the lifting unit’s conveyor at the touch of a button.
