Description
The Fecken & Kirfel G11 is a high-precision machine for splitting roll materials made of rubber and hard plastics into extremely thin layers. The machine allows for layer thicknesses down to 0.5 mm with a tolerance of ±0.05 mm, making it suitable for applications with high precision requirements.
Special bearings ensure the precise rotation of the reinforced and polished support rollers, contributing to stable material feeding during the cutting process.
For complete processing of roll material, the G11 operates as part of a system including an R10 unwinding machine, the G11 splitting machine, and two R39 winding machines. This configuration enables sequential unwinding, precision splitting, and rewinding of the processed material.
