H51 automatic horizontal cutting and stacking machine
H51 – Automatic horizontal cutting and stacking machine

Description
The H51 by Fecken & Kirfel is an automatic horizontal machine for the efficient and economical cutting of blocks and slabs into individual layers. The design allows the cut layers to remain stacked on top of each other, thus performing the cutting and stacking process automatically.
The material is placed on a sliding table with a special corundum coating for stable positioning. During the automatic movement of the table, the circulating bandknife cuts the block into layers. During the reverse movement, the guide retracts the knife so that the already cut layer remains on the block.
After each cycle, the cutting unit is positioned for the next cut. The sequential repetition of the process allows the finished layers to be stacked on top of each other and ensures fully automated operation without the need for constant operator intervention.
