H52 – Fully automatic splitting machine
Description
The Fecken & Kirfel H52 is a fully automatic machine for the economical and precise splitting of blocks and sheets into layers of the required thickness. The automated work cycle combines feeding, cutting, and sequential stacking of the finished layers.
The material is placed on a conveyor belt with an adhesive surface. During the forward movement, the circulating bandknife cuts a layer of a pre-set thickness. During the reverse movement, the guide retracts the knife so that the finished layer remains on the block.
After each cycle, the cutting unit descends to the position for the next cut. In this way, the individual layers are stacked on top of each other, and the entire process can proceed automatically without the need for constant operator intervention.
