Description
The Fecken & Kirfel S22 is an automatic circular cutting machine for the highly efficient and economical cutting of flexible polyurethane foam blocks into thin sheets. The finished sheets remain on the block and are stacked sequentially one on top of the other, enabling an automated process without constant operator intervention.
The machine utilizes a rotary work table that ensures continuous movement of the material through the cutting zone. After each layer is separated, there is no need to return the table to its starting position.
Eliminating the return stroke reduces the time between individual cuts and allows for a significantly higher production capacity compared to horizontal cutting machines that use a moving table.
