H24-B – Fully Automatic Splitting Machine
Description
The Fecken & Kirfel H24-B is a fully automatic machine for the efficient and economical splitting of blocks and slabs into thin layers. The automated movement of the work table ensures a consistent cutting process to the required thickness.
The material is placed on a non-slip aluminum tabletop with a special corundum coating, which ensures stable positioning during processing. Unlike the vacuum fixation of the H24-A, the design of the H24-B work surface assists in holding the material during cutting.
Depending on the length of the work table, a different number of blocks can be loaded. Once the process is complete, the cut layers are removed directly, supporting an efficient production flow.
