Description
The Fecken & Kirfel H32 is a fully automatic machine for the economical splitting of blocks and slabs into thin layers. The material is fed onto a conveyor belt with an adhesive surface, which ensures stable positioning during processing.
Cutting is performed with a circulating bandknife as the material moves automatically through the machine. The cutting length is controlled by light barriers, and the conveyor belt movement is automatically limited according to the length of the processed block.
After cutting, the finished layers can be removed directly or wound into a roll using the A1 winding device. This allows the H32 to be adapted to various requirements for subsequent processing of the finished material.
