H24-E – Fully Automatic Splitting Machine
Description
The Fecken & Kirfel H24-E is a fully automatic machine for the economical and precise splitting of blocks and slabs into thin layers. The automated movement of the machine table allows for sequential cutting of the material to the required thickness.
Blocks and slabs are placed on a non-slip aluminum table with a special corundum coating, which ensures stable positioning during processing. During the automatic movement of the table, the material passes through the cutting zone and is divided into layers of the required thickness.
Depending on the length of the machine table, a different number of blocks can be loaded. The finished layers are removed immediately after cutting, which supports an efficient production process.
